Donavan Price, a seasoned Real Estate broker, has been fully dedicated to the industry since 2004. His early exposure to Real Estate, surrounded by a family of professionals including his mother and grandmother who were both active agents and brokers, makes him a third-generation broker.
Donavan started working at Palomares Escrow in 2004. He started as a sales representative and now holds the position of President at Palomares Escrow, Inc. He is proficient in real estate contracts, disclosures, accounting, negotiations, and skillful management of business affairs.
Donavan prioritizes ethical decisions that serve the client’s best interests in every scenario. Alongside his wife Briana Price, Donavan has engaged in property ventures, involving purchasing, renovation, flipping, and ongoing management of multiple properties.
Briana has an impressive seventeen years of experience as a full-time agent.

Ron Blasco embarked on his real estate journey in 1981, initially as a realtor before swiftly obtaining his broker's license in 1982. In 1985 he founded Blasco Real Estate, Inc. and created a reputable establishment known for its unwavering commitment to excellence.
Throughout his renowned career stretching over four decades, Ron has had the privilege of assisting numerous long-term investors, property owners, buyers, sellers, and tenants across Southern California. His dedicated service extends across San Bernardino, Riverside, Los Angeles, and Orange counties, where he has left an indelible mark on the real estate landscape.
A respected figure in the real estate community, Ron has become a pillar in the cities of Upland, Ontario, and Pomona, where his expertise and integrity have earned him a sterling reputation.
