Donavan started working at Palomares Escrow in 2004. He started as a sales representative and now holds the position of President at Palomares Escrow, Inc. He is proficient in real estate contracts, disclosures, accounting, negotiations, and skillful management of business affairs.

Briana has an impressive seventeen years of experience as a full-time agent. 

Briana remains dedicated to delivering unparalleled service to her clients. Briana’s educational background includes a degree in Business from California Baptist University, which laid the foundation for her flourishing real estate journey.

Briana began her career as a wholesale account Executive at a prominent nationwide wholesale lending company, where her swift rise to the forefront of production became evident. Ron Blasco embarked on his real estate journey in 1981, initially as a realtor before swiftly obtaining his broker's license in 1982. In 1985 he founded Blasco Real Estate, Inc. and created a reputable establishment known for its unwavering commitment to excellence.
